They asked me to pay even though everything was prepaid. The reception did not want to speak a word in english & hindi.
soloAt the time of checkout they asked me to pay for room rate even though i explained ro them everything was prepaid in make my trip. The reception refuse to accept my make my trip bill ( didn’t even have a clue what make my trip was ) and asked me to pay again! worst ever servive, they did not want to speak a word in english or hindi even though i cannot speak their assamese language. Very very rude and i regret booking this guest house. Gps cannot even locate their address. Worst service ever! i am very very disappointed and will take this further!
