Stay was amazing..Food , cleaning everything was top notch!

The location was fantastic, very close to local shops and Ganga. I really enjoyed the courtyard. There were lots of plants and a nice mural of Lord Shiva. The people I met were very friendly. We ended up playing cards and chatting for hours. The food was tasty. The menu included veg and non veg options.

best for solo travellers. Overall excellent hotel experience! Clean rooms, engaging activities, and kind staff made my stay truly memorable and enjoyable, thanks again!

My short stay at the Last Live Free Hostel was a refreshing and comfortable experience. The staff was sober and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The food offered was both high in quality and quantity, making meals enjoyable. The hostel also provided fun activities like table tennis and other indoor games, adding to the relaxed atmosphere. Laundry services were available, which made the stay even more convenient. I stayed in an AC room with a comfortable bed at one of the best prices around—overall, a great value for a budget-friendly and welcoming stay.

Overall a decent stay. There were some issues with the toilet flush not filling up quickly, power outage and far from the main city area (godowliya). Decent if you are looking for a budget stay

I had a very disappointing stay at this hostel. The staff’s behavior was rude and unprofessional—they were not helpful or welcoming at all. It felt like they didn’t care about the guests' comfort or basic needs. The dorms were not properly maintained, and the washrooms were extremely dirty throughout my stay. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, especially in shared accommodations, but here it was clearly neglected.

The bathroom was super smelly , almost like public toilets.

I stayed at Live Free Hostel, Banaras recently, and honestly, it was just okay. The location is great — it’s close to all the main spots, so getting around is super easy.

This property is in close proximity with Assi Ghat and few locals cafes , you will find easy access to all famous Temples and Restaurants with 2-3 Kms Rickshaw and Rapido is easily 24x7. Staff is super supportive, only limitation is no Ganges view. Good place to stay near Assi Ghat. Rooms and washrooms are clean, they have a small parking and common area as well. Just a bit on the expensive side. Food is also fine.
