Room service and food quality is very bad. Quality and quantity of food is poor.

The staff is good food available there is not so good but so expensive rice and dal is 768 rupees

Very poor service ac remote not provided and bed size very small very very trouble not recommend any one to stay this hotel

Room was smelly and has moisture all over the room be it blanket or bed, an unpleasant smell was coming out of the beds, blanket and pillow. It seems that they were not cleaned from long. No water was provided, nothing glass nothing. Bad stay at rb international

It was a very nice stay, all the staff were humble and cooperative. The complementary food was very good, budget friendly stay.

Photographs of the rooms are different than actual. We booked a hotel along with food, however not professional management. No hot water in the bathroom, not properly cleaned rooms. Lift was not working.

Experience very bad as there was no parking, had to pay rs 850 to park on a mall. There was no restaurant in hotel for tea or coffee. It was pethatic stay

Average hotel. Heavy smells in rooms. Water leakage in bathroom from roof. Overall somehow managed for one night.

Location is good, but the property is poorly maintained and food is good. Nominal stay but lot of power cuts in that area. But the help to get the auto and other information we need.

The hotel was under renovation so we faced a little noisy ambience. Staffs were well mannered. Location is good.

The rooms and bed were not clean. The bedsheet and blanket were dirty. The condition of the bathroom was also not good.

Rooms were very different from what had been shown to me. They charged me extra for double bed. Rooms were not clean and unmaintained. Bathrooms were not clean. Receptionist was rude and they try to patronise you to take their auto/toto drivers. Not once in my three nights stay they cleaned the room or the bathroom. Rooms were damp and hardly had any internet/call connection. We had to change rooms as the previous room allotted to us had no windows or exhaust. Overall very poor experience. Only good thing is the behaviour of the kitchen staffs and they prepared fresh food.

The hotel doesn't have parking. You have to pay rs500/ per day extra for it at other place. Room service too slow. C. P. Breakfast worst. Far from k. V. Temple and ghats. Every time you visit temple or ghat you have to pay for auto each time. Hotel lobby is good with sufficient lights but the lights in the room was very less. Not at all recommended at the price which i paid. Rs10, 000+ for just two days.

Hotel rooms are good but food management is average. I sugges the hotel manager to improve food management.

Initially we found the room is okay but the common passage outside the room were full of dirty, uncleaned. After complaining, they have taken the action and thereafter we found everything were fine.
