It has restaurants that serve only vegetarian food, and the dishes taste really good. I had dinner — rice, paneer, dal fry, and plain paratha — and it was delicious. The staff members are extremely kind and helpful, which made the dining experience pleasant. However, the stay experience could have been better. The triple deluxe room was clean at first glance, but the towels and pillowcases were torn, and there were no basic toiletries like a dental kit. The commode flush was leaking and poorly maintained, and the room lighting was quite dim. Free sealed water bottles were provided, but there were no brand labels,

The stay was good, and the place was clean and hygienic. The staff were clueless, and the lift was not working, which caused some problems. However, the amenities were good and the bathroom was clean. The food was of good quality and affordable. The restaurant staff, especially, was polite and helpful. Overall, it was a good stay and I 100% recommend staying at Leela Bizotle.

Location is good. Rooms are good. Food is in restaurant and is good.

it cost is around 2400 inr but the room was not of that cost. 1. The lights were not enough only two lights in the whole room. no dim light for the night. 2. Hot water is not available. 3. Ac drain pipe left open in the toilet. The whole time the toilet was wet. 4. light backup not available. twice light cut off and no backup. so terrible 😔. 5. light holder were out in room and bathroom.

my experiance at this hotel was terrible . staff behaviour is very rude. they are behaving like they are giving us money to stay at their hotel

This is an average hotel with service similar to a guest house. I didn't like the service and I don't recommend this hotel.

good thing is that it located near railway station walking distance. rooms is also big size cons. no room service is there no kitchen in the hotel so if you want to eat something you have to go outside any hotel or restaurant some basic things are missing in the room like detal kit ,hair cap for bath you have taken your luggage itself to the room as per price facelity not up to mark

Location is very good. The rooms were ok but furniture was broken and tv not even working. The hotel staff will deny to give food delivery order to your room.

The stay was good, clean and hygienic rooms. Slow turnaround time from reception staff. Food was average at best. 5% gst extra, being charged for all the food asks like tea, lunch or dinner. No outside food allowed, meaning the only place you can order food from is their own restaurant which is costlier than competitors. My 2 days food bill was 1000+ inr.

Hotel is near by station and sightseeing points, good location to reach sightseeing points, food also good and reasonable. Bathroom need to be more clean and hygienic.

Owner and his son are soft spoken and courteous. Changed the room. Many thanks to them however - it is not a hotel. It is a banquet hall for wedding & other functions. Rooms are meant for functions guest. - do not mistake it as a part of leela hotel chain - owners do not claim so, however customers may assume. - there speciality is gujarati thali & those who like it, it is good gujarati thali. Ordered only khichadi kadhi in evening, which was sweet. I have doubt about their ability to serve real punjabi food. - considering city of junagadh size, the rates for the type of hotel is nearly 40% higher. - owner is in business of banquets and need to understand needs for lie-sure tourists and that too non gujarati tourists. - place is a single road side building with hardly any margin. No driver stay facility.

great and helpful staff but cleanliness is not upto the mark. the bedsheets were used and had hair stuck of previous guests 😣… toilets are too small, you have to really struggle to get hot water.

Room is clean and staff are good supportive

very bad experience with respect to available room facilities, services as well as quality of morning breakfast. we felt cheating in higher accommodation charges based on online revealing photographs. In short, Advice for not to do online booking to avoid cheating.
