The room was old and unclean right from the bedsheets to the bathrooms. Also the AC was not working properly during our last day of the stay. Would not recommend this hotel to family people. No facility of food and snacks either not even tea.

And Early check-in or Late check-out is totally subject to availability and Chargeable, We provides you standard room for early check-in till hotel's check-in time after you seen room and agreed with charges. We did not mean to humiliate you but this is a standard procedure in any hotel. Even we provided you late check-out for 1-room at Free of coast. After that, if we hear such demoralizing words - it really hurts us.

familyRoom was descent in size and clean. Timely checkin was done. Staff was good and available for service. Lift is available. Ro water is good substitute for bottled water. Basic toiletries is available. Toilets were descent but requires bit more attention towards cleanliness. Cost was ok considering peak season. Location is very convenient as it right opposite st stand where availability of not bus but also ricks are in abundance. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Our service representatives asked you twice for house keeping but you denied. Hotel provides Reverse Osmosis Purify water bottle that you take 5 bottles during your stay without any cost. Packaged water(Mineral water) is chargeable. By the way Your feedback has been shared with our team members so they improvise on our efforts for our future guests.
