we have check in around 8:30 pn and next day we have plan to explore City and hotel manager called me and told me around 11:00 am that the check out time was already passed and he was charge extra 436 rupees for late check-out as our policy.... i know the check in check out time but it's is policy of make my trip and it's MakeMyTrip app charge .?

Staff behaviour is helpful but hotel needs to upgrade themselves. With the price charge, others are offering way upgarded rooms. Rooms had smell due to seepage for which they sprayed room fresher. Also, entrance is very confusing. Lastly, bathroom was small but it was clean. Overall, an average stay.

All photo about this hotel are too old or fabricated.. everything in this hotel is too old.. Pro: Staff is extremely helpfull. Hotel was clean. Near by bus stand , railway station and good restaurants. Rooms are good for single person and couple only. Cons. Furniture was old . Beds were tiny. Bedsheets are very old (but clean) It is on complex top floor (4th floor)..
