Review Of LD RESIDENCY

I found this hotel through Make my trip app. First of all it's not value for money. Too costly. It's not a bargain from Make my trip. Very small shabby room & bathroom. Not enough space. You get very good rooms @ Velankanni @ this rate.

We had to take two days rental to check in at 7am, and checkout at 8pm the same day which apparently was a loss. When we reached in the morning, we had to wait for 40minutes at the reception to get the room key as no receptionist to attend, waste bins were not provided. The property contact number never answered. No lift facility available. No restaurant too.

Perfect location. Well mannerd staff. Neat and clean rooms. Value for money. Next time when i visit velankanni i will be staying here

Need few more amenities, overall stay was good.

Not interested this package, bad room, not cubbord not chair and table not phone facilities not bathroom equipments ( soap, towel) not car parking facilities

Very peaceful pleasant stay. Reception very humble and caring. Room neat clean. Recommend for family stay.

We have booked the ld residency for pooja holidays(11. 10. 24 to 12. 10. 24. Totally 7 rooms booked. The hotel was conveniently located and it was easily found. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. The family room makes movement within the room very comfortable. We are pleased with the hotel accommodations, as they are generally clean, tastefully furnished and well maintained. Our participants enjoyed the stay very much. The staff was really helpful and courteous. Highly recommendable hotel. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. I thank management and staffs for their attentive, friendly and outstanding service.

Frequent power failure and water shortage. Once the power came after one hour. They have not provided drinking water. There was no table/chair/shelf in the room. Poor service by the management.

Location is good. Otherwise nothing is family friendly. No table in room. Ac not working. No curtains in windows, entire sunlight landed in bed. No room service. No car parking. Generator not working. Top of that, no water in morning for more than 2 hours. Terrible stay. Never recommend to anyone.
