Property room bed spread were not there and no floor mat provided. Food is average.

Ac was not working properly and water was coming from ac. Rooms were not as mentioned in photos and poor maintenance

Hi, I don’t think, it is worth for money. I found the upholstery were not replaced / washed and the best is like child cradle. I wont recommend.

One of the worst hotel in velakanni please dont go not proper clinging bathroom smell also very cheap only hotel outside looking good and royal but rooms very cheap and bad car parking also poor please dont go

This is the worst place to stay, The beds are not good, no proper cleaning, no change of bedsheets, no toilet cleaning. No water bottles provided. Lifts don't work sometimes.

The location is very convenient. But the service is very bad. Cleaning is also pathetic. Complimentary breakfast is ok. compared to the rate it's not worth .

Good thing about this hotel is that it is very near to the church hardly 05 minutes walk to the church. Rooms were not clean as I could see dust / sand in the room. Room was shabby and the linens were not clean. Parking slots are limited in this hotel and breakfast was below average. They served 2dosa, 1 puri, 1 idli and 1 bullseye and tea / coffee for two days. I paid for 02 days stay and it was not worth.

We stayed for two days in Delux AC room. The room was very dirty there’s house cleaning, staffs are not at all polite. Coming to the complimentary breakfast is was the worst breakfast uncooked idlis and they have added soda in the food. Over all stay was pathetic not worth for the price. Please don’t stay or chose this place.

The lenins were used.. Floor mopped with dirty water as awaful smell..I requested a room change which was given

location was good but room was old . No basic amenities were there. we have to ask for everything like towels, soaps, mineral water, etc.

The hotel is very good and nearby to the pilgrim site. The staff are nice and friendly The only problem is they don't speak Hindi and English. Overall the stay was enjoyable.

The room given to me was not the same as shown at the time of booking. Advt shows a king size coat and another single coat. But they provide an AC room with a king size coat and an extra bed put on the floor. So ask for the same room as shown in booking site
