Review Of Lauren 3BHK Villa with Pvt Pool By Stellar Stays

The property was completely unhygienic . It had fungus all over the place. The place was completely dirty with mould on the wall. washroom were wet and unclean, the ac in the the living room was not working. The lights in the kitchen were not working and there was horrible foul smell when you enter the property so we ended up not staying at the property. Also the front door would not lock properly. It was a nightmare as we reached at the property in the evening with kids and than had to look for alternative at the night.

Lauren villa was amazing, ambience was spot on, the place was in a good location and the best part was that blinkit and zomato deliveries were available there. 10/10 would recommend

The property is average, don't go with the pictures as it lacks cleanliness and hygiene. Pillows and blankets smell very bad and not cleaned. Pool was also dirty and lots of insects. When asked the caretaker to clean answer was we do it only onces. No plates and glasses for water & food.

Horrible host and property manager. The property was no where near to what was shown in The pictures. The pool was not cleaned in the morning. The pool ladder was broken. There were cracks on The wall

The property is no doubt very amazing, beautiful villa with nice decor and perfect for family. However, the staff there are very rude and arrogant. Have to request a lot and they service as they are forced to do so. Location and villa 10/10 but service 0/10

The pictures posted and the current status of the villa is totally different. Basic requirements like cutlery were not kept as per booking. cutlery was broken n was not in usable condition. The villa is only sufficient for exactly 6 people as all the rooms are too small. it can only accommodate 6 people max. The swimming pool was ok. overall I will not recommend this villa for booking. this villa is ok for less 10k per price not worth more than that.

bedsheets not clean pillow covers very dirty

Villa was clean & tidy. Location is good since it’s also close to the local market. Pool should’ve been a little more cleaner. Should provide a few more utensils in kitchen. The lights were of no use on the terrace since hardly any lights were working. Overall the villa is beautiful, there are security/ watchman. You can order food from their common kitchen however we preferred blink-it for few groceries since we have plenty of options in it at a cheaper rate.

The place was nice. The pool was meant to be more clean. Overall a nice experience there was an issue with the bathtub

pros: 1. location is accessible to swiggy / zomato / blinkit for direct orders 2. ⁠ample parking space available within the society premises cons: 1. swimming pool was neither covered nor clean and water was not getting complete recycle 2. ⁠cleanliness within the villa was also average 3. ⁠very less cutlery in kitchen 4. ⁠hotel nearby has very average food 5. ⁠sofa had broken cushions and holes 6. ⁠washrooms were just average and had broken fixtures very average villa for the price!

Stay was excellent. Finding of property was easier. Services was good. But the person named faizan whose contact detail was given was not coperative. I called so many times but he did not answered my call.

Beautiful bunglow with all morden amenities. Very well maintained the food and ther service was also excellent highly recommend
