everything was bad about the hotel only the bed was comfy thats it

very bad. staffs and managers behavior is horrible. they have literally non responsive and toxic behavior. I never recommend any one to visit there. Because of them I have to book another hotel. my money was complete waste. they intentionally do that, so that visitors will not stay and also they didn't get refund also. I request to refund my money

No restaurant, breakfast served in room, only two choice for breakfast. Dinner not available when checked in at 10:00PM. Very old property. No maintenance. Pungent smell in room. Dirty washroom. Broken amenities. Isolated place. Only one security guard at night in an isolated place. Two guest in entire hotel.

The hotel is 2 km away from City centre of Haldia or Haldia entry. The hotel seems like its was once upon the best hotel with nice infrastructure. BUT, now it has turned old, has swimming tank but is not operational. Rooms are ok, have tv, AC. Does not provide meals except morning breakfast.

it's nothing like what you see in the picture . just consider the picture was taken 50 years before. No water supply, I was told not to lock the room as there was some problem in the lock. found insects in my coffee and food . please see for yourself

Worst hotel, no maintenance at all. Spider web and dust are everywhere. The entrance itself is very bad.

No maintenance of the hotel, very poor management. It was horrible, no menu card, food option was very limited. Washroom was unhygienic.

It was a nightmare to be honest. I was all alone in the resort. No one for room service even. No guest in the resort. Location wise it was on the main road, but a place without any guest or hotel people to take care of your stay is not worth staying. I could hear weird noises entire night.

There is no maintenance of the facility. Room was big. All types of service were quick probably due to very less occupancy. Food quality was good. Didn't like the location as it was quite far from the town.

Room is good, the food is average becoz of no guests. I was the single guest in that big hotel. Rhis is not for a business trip.

The fan was very dirty ac not working all the bathroom taps to repaired as it requires lot of strength to open and close. The sugar cubes provided was only six small pieces and kept in an open container milk powder not provided for making tea the tea bags contain was ct c tea which is difficult to consume without milk the electric kettle was without earthing which can be dangerous if some without noticing uses it. Cleanness poor ac not working sugar cubes and tea bags kept in open containers no milk powder the electric kettle no earthing all taps are in bad condition swimming pool not functioning wifi pass word not displayed

They stay was good. But the room service can be better. The food was good. But not everything from the menu is available

Excellent well disciplined safety

The location is isolated and not convinient. So0 for covid is not being followed. No sanitisers available at any location. Housekeeping is extremely poor. E. G. Geyser was not working for a whole day, intercom never worked during the stay. Tea material not being provided in the room. I will not recommend this property for a stay.

Hotel is good but it is not clean and rooms are too dirty where you cannot walk without skippers or shoes. Moreover the hotel is at an remote place where you cannot find any shops near. Never ever stay here if your looking for good and clean hotels

Overall it was a very good trip. The breakfast was not good as there was not so variety and their service were also very slow. The room and washroom were average. The staff was helpful. The stay was secured.
