family with 1 kidI paid for a premium suite but services were not so premium. Jacuzzi was not working, when I asked an attendant he simply said the button is not working and left. On the last day before checkout they magically started the jacuzzi and later admitted the supply was turned off. Also, faced major hot water issue in the chilly January winter conditions on last day.

Hotel staff are helpful and give good service. They will even arrange a taxi for site visits. But there are insects coming into the room. The hotel staffs are immediately responding to you. Consider for a few days stay.

The stay experience was very bad, not at all hygienic, the bedsheets were in a very bad condition, the pillow covers were full of stains of pan masala, the blanket sheets were not in a good condition and the room was not cleaned properl, the bathroom was very untidy and messy and was stinky overall experience was very bad, will never opt this hotel again
