My experience at Hotel King Heritage was extremely poor. The room was very dirty, the bedsheet had blood stains, and the washroom lock was damaged. The bathroom was in terrible condition — yellowish, unhygienic, and full of cockroaches. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance were completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
