Overall good experience.
The hotel is good for a stay. Location is good too. It was clean and hygeinic. A little upgrade can be done from soap to liquid bodywash and handwash. Safe for couples as well. Food was good and services were instant. Adding complementary items like dental kit and slippers would be very helpul.

Terrible Stay
Room was good but lift is not working and i got room on third floor so going up and down legs gone dead if lift is not working then hotel have to give discount but they charge full amount

Budgeted Property with service is
Property location is good. Rooms are ok but need lots of maintenance. Only concern is Room service part. During my stay compliant about many small things but few they managed very late few they could not able to manage instead only provided assurance.

Bad experience
I would say the service was not good there was no one to respond the query and fulfill it on priority.. When asked the wifi password on call the reception personal told the wrong password repeatedly and atlast he told to give it in the morning.. There was no kettle available in the hotel as confirmed by the receptionist she refused the give the kettle Overall it was bad experience and I won't suggest any one to visit this hotel
