They were having only 3 rooms that too in terrible state. Ac not working, wifi and tv not working. Dust in all place. Water leaking situation.

I am sorry to say that you have appointed an illiterate person at the Reception. During any clarification he always says सर हम पढ़े लिखे नहीं हैं। During my checkout in the morning of 10.05.24 not a single person was available at reception who may generate my computer operated bill. It was a great disappointment as my tickets were already booked for onward journey and I didn't had much time to wait at Bareilly. However Mr Manoj Verma helped me in this situation & he got my Bill delivered on the same day at Moradabad Railway Station. I think the mistake was done by the management who kept him in that situation. Hope you will understand & will take the corrective action to save your goodwill.

Third class room service and many cockroach in and many ladies hair in bed. Overall all experience is horrible.

On 30th september to second september we stayed at the hotel/tourist bungalow it was nice and cool. Overall maintenance of the hotel is required.

I loved the vibe of this place. Classic old style rooms but in a good condition. Property is clean and tidy. The location of this hotel is just perfect and i would definitely recommend this to everyone

The cooler was not working, the linen were all dirty, the room was infested by mosquitoes, even after requesting the staff to change the linen and provide us with some type of insect repellent, they did not do anything. Please do not book this property as this is a poorly managed up govt hotel

Well connected to railway station and bus stand, there is a park adjacent to hotel, ideal for those who love to morning walk.

Hotel rohilla is government property which is well maintained, very good staff, rooms are well lit and maintained. Family or group can enjoy their stay with good budget and tasty food. Definitely recommend !

This is a government owned property and that is why has some huge gardens around. Rooms are decent, staff is very polite and helpful. Food rates are very nominal, though they can work on improving the taste but nevermind being in the city centre you have various options around to explore. Overall, it's a nice decent hotel.
