It was a below average property only, not at all recommended for family. Terrible experience

Good stay and hygienic conditions. staffs are very friendly and they have treated us very well I would recommend others also to stay here.

Absolutely useless hotel, no facilities have been provided, only formalities have been done, in the name of water, a bottle of 500 ml water costing ₹10 was given for two people, when we asked what would be in 500 ml water, they said only this will be given, If you want more water, you can buy it from us. The rooms were stinking, one hour of using the AC was wasted, but it has a TV but no channel is playing. There is a TV but there is no set top box. When I flush the commode in the bathroom, water falls on the floor. There was a leak on the bathroom door. Taps were out off water. When I complained, they started the motor and then water came.There is no wifi, I have phone in my room but they have not given me any room service number on which I can call. So waste. Morning tea was also not very good. Cleanliness was also not good, staff was inexperienced.If you have to stay out of compulsion then it is fine, otherwise you can look for another good place. My advice to the hotel is to write in the folio only the facilities they can provide and remove the rest.

room was not good, tap was leaking , too much mosquito , i booked delux room they have AC but not worked

Hygiene of the rooms was not good with poor service and inadequate water supply. The chair in the room was also broken. But price point was fine.

it was easy to find but lacked cleanliness. initially stayed for 2 days no water bottles were provided as a complimentary gesture

there are good services and polite behaviour of the staff and nice or clean hygiene ambience, and easy to reach

Dear sir hotel stay was pathetic very unclean rooms, basic aiminities were missing, bathroom flush was not working staff was not able to support i got stranded in night now i checked out for next day i am requesting for refund but till now no reply from you side

Very very very bad behaviour and attitude from people at reception. Flat out refused to send someone to collect luggage from car. He said staff nahi hai koi. Then again same thing happened at checkout. They are only concerned about party booking, and behave as if someone who has booked a room is coming for free. For parking i was told ' find a spot somewhere on the road' i said ' there is place for half kilometre on th road because of your party' he said ' i don't know jaha laga pao laga do'

Manager was polite but there was shortage of staff so no room service. Room were spacious and the cleanliness was just okay. No arrangement of proper drinking water. Overall dissatisfied.

Maintenance is not good. No bell boy. They are not entertaining calls from guests. They are unresponsive many times.

Hotel's room was ok but service was very poor. Bathroom was in dirty condition. Manager behaviour was very polite and helpful.

Hotel staff is not very supportive, t. V is not working, bed sheet is torn apart, spider webs everywhere, water taps are not working properly, no backup of electricity, electricity is gone every hour even they have generators, the hotel is at worst side of the city.

It was good hotel but staff wasn't well groomed and there was so many disturbances on floor, so that's why i had given this rating, but manager was good.

It's very poor service and staff behaviour is not good so as for my advice it's hotel is not good it' cheap of management.

Hotel denied for room i need my refund, very bad experience with mmt, after confirmation of booking when i go to hotel they say there is no room.

Room was not as per the image showing also geyser not working during winter this is necessary requirement. Toiletries was not available.

Hotel good staff so good but food cost very high. And more improvement to bareilly hotel five star list
