Property was very nice n food as well . Location is easy to navigate

Property is located at Sitapur and reachable by cab. although there is a ramp to go downward but not a problem with cab. Services are good and food is also good.

Very shabby rooms and rates are exorbitant compared to the facilities provided. I will absolutely not recommend anyone to stay there. However , staff members were cooperative and well behaved.

Everything was fine with the hotel, rooms were clean, bathrooms were clean and hot was available, food was okay but options were available, hotel staff was polite

Location is good. Connectivity is also good, parking facility availbe for big vehicle also. Ambience is good. We booked 6 rooms, 1 room offered with seapages which was further changed after issue reported. Water supply issue in morning which was resolved after an hour. Overall experience is average, Mr Raj Kumar (at reception) needs improvement in customer interaction.

Room have stains with fungus all around the room on carpet bed side tables plus bird poop was all over the bed and on chairs. Water was full of mud and there was a foul smell in the room

While the room and food at the hotel were good. I am compelled to give a poor rating due to the extremely unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour of the staff and manager towards my driver. Before leaving for Kedarnath, I had informed the reception that the room and car keys could be handed over to my family driver. Despite this, the manager and staff (under the influence of alcohol as informed by my driver), threaten him saying they would beat him and have him arrested. One of them even threw the key towards him and used abusive language. Such behaviour is completely inexcusable. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better conduct from their staff in the future.

Hotel is soo bad not cleaning & bathroom room inside geyser not working & main point hotel electricity problem every 10 min hotel light shut down . Room inside full mosqiyoes . Seriously So bad & poor hotel I hate this Sanskriti hotel I suggested any one not stay this hotel 🙏

I recently stayed at Kedar River Retreat during my Kedarnath Yatra. The location is undoubtedly its biggest strength—nestled right by the Mandakini River with incredible views of the mountains. Waking up to the sound of flowing water and fresh Himalayan air is truly a blessing. The staff was warm and helpful. They arranged for a cab at the last minute, served food even late at night, and always had a smile. The food was fresh and home-style, which is much appreciated after a long day of travel. However, the stay wasn’t without issues. Cleanliness in the bathrooms could be improved. The power backup takes time to kick in, and during cold nights, that wait can be frustrating. Also, some guests faced confusion with third-party bookings, so it’s better to book directly by calling the property. Overall, it’s a good choice for spiritual travelers who value scenery, simplicity, and service, but if you’re expecting luxury or perfection, be mindful of a few rough edges.

the property is beautiful but not maintained or cleaned properly. rooms were smelly and bad. insects roaming all around the beds also. food was good. and the service they were providing were humble and very sweet.
