Power cuts was the huge turn off, for this property. Rest was cool for a stay, attentive staff, food we didn't taste

The staff did not bother to check with me, if i am reaching to hotel, could not find the location.

Terrible experience. Worst hotel with old infrastructure. Zero maintenance. Old bedsheets broken toilet, jet spray old furniture

Overall good but dental and shaving and sleepers not given only soap

Hot water only available in morning. Car parking is congested. Intercom not working. Room quality is not enough to stay. Breakfast facility not there, only lunch and dinner. Taps became so old and rusty.

Rude behaviour of staff

Cleanlyness, staffs, every thing was good and as expected

Everything at the hotel was terrible filled with mosquitoes, no drinking water service at room, West housekeeping.

Lot many scope for improvising in all the above areas. Morning coffee or tea is not served promptly & also quality is very bad. Need to modernise washroom with new fittings & ventilation louvers. Steps to climb to the bathroom may prove risky for old people.

I Booked this Hotel for a night stay. Hotel was clean tidy, no issues with anything. Staff was also very polite and helpful Just one feedback would Be "can be cleaner". Value for Money. Make my trip as always reliable Not far from railways station.

No restaurant !! Price was high comparable to the other hotels, it could have been still less .. Need to improve on bedding linens and cleanliness and restaurant services !! No clean bathrooms or toilets .. Located on a busy road, very noisy and far from main city !!
