I found it on make my trip randomly property is good service and food is amazing location is good view of morning is awesome location is good who like peace they should must try this location

Food is very ordinary and prices are extremely high,staff is good and helping but rooms are nt clean , bedsheets were so dirty , thr was no hot water available. Only good thing is location

Location of kampland resort is very good but the few things need to be improved for example mattress and rates of the food menu is also very high and portion size is less try to improve these things. Care takers are very helpful and cheerful they made our stay more comfortable

Great experience. You will experience amazing landscape views, tasty foods, hiking and great place for bird watchers.

Location was awesome but rooms were not clean and light issues were there, staff were cooperative and polite, as per property condition prices were bit high, food was good so the service

If you want to have a peaceful and homely stay away from city crowd then this is your place to stay. They have an excellent service and food. Special thanks to bhawan ji who is taking care of things mostly there. We loved thier service and hospitality. They will take you to some natural scenic view points. I really recommend this place for sure.

After spending 3 good days in jim corbett, we moved to this property and our bad time started. Food was pathetic, we ordered chicken and in turn we were served some other meat which staff didn't agreed despite showing them. Even vegetarian food was non- edible. I would recommend mm t to remove this property from their portal

Food quality was extremely good however owner has not investment on resort, poor hygiene pillows bed sheets also water scarcity and sounding roofs could not sleep whole night with lights going very often

Awesome place in the lap of Nature

Expensive food and rooms must be maintained.

This was my 8th time in Kampland Nature Resort and it's as usual my favourite place to spend some peaceful time.

It's a beautiful location and it's a jungle resort so don't expect clean room or washroom. Food is pathetic. We had all meals plan and on top ordered all kind of different dishes to fill our stomach but none of that helped. MMT or the hotel site does not mentioned about non veg meal which is provided on the request only and that too only at night. When spoke with hotel and company representative they assured one portion of non veg item in the night will be provided as part of package. For non veg lover one portion is 4 small pieces of chicken cost . Still we ordered extra portions all the days we were present there. We extended our stay at nearby hotel to have good food and explore the serenity more. Thankfully we got delicious food there and explored place more. Coming back to Kampland you will be provided hot water in tub and bathroom is dirty. But as I mentioned it's a jungle hotel so don't expect more. Most of the items and services like plumber/DTH service provider come from Nanital. But no doubt Pangot/Sigri place is awesome. Jio is available at some spots. Because of bird sanctuary mobile towers are limited. Unfortunately money from our wallets also got stolen during our stay at the Resort. First time happened with us in hills. So be cautious and keep your valuables with yourselves.

Food and rooms was very bad. Washroom was so smelly and bedding was also in poor condition.

It was an excellent stay. Peaceful n beautiful place, excellent view from Resort. Food was excellent and staff behaviour was amazing specially Bhuvan he was a good man n Rahul is a hard working boy. Room was excellent but there were so many flies which bothered us. Love to visit again n will Miss the non veg food n bonfire.

Place is not commercialised so it's very peaceful. Perfect location if you would like to disconnect from fast pace life.

I will tell honesty it was a pleasant trip of mine. The place of hotel itself was awesome. We we're taken care. All staff we're supporting. If you will need anything Mr. Bhuwan is there and others also are helpful. Place is cool. Only one thing to which I will give good star is food value. Taste of food was good but little expensive Overall awesome.

The property is situated isolated to the crowd. Beautiful property, amazing food, service and hospitality. Situated in the bird sanctuary area, birds chirping feels amazing. Recreational activities are also there. Worth visiting. Rooms were clean and food was also served with proper hygiene.

Awesome stay, lovely food. Place is absolutely stunning. 2 days isn't enough for it. Staff is very welcoming. Bhuvan will take you for trek and will give you good knowledge about jungle. Must stay place.

We were 3 girls who happened to get stuck at this place as it was getting dark without any network connection. Attitude of the staff was very rude particularly the manager of the place. For an price per night, it was the worst place we have stayed at. For the sake of hot water, they have given us Luke warm water on a cold night. No proper lights in the room and room full of insects, stink and dirty spots on the floor. We requested the staff to clean the floor where the cleaning only left the room more stinky. Bathroom was full of dirty corners as if it has never ever been cleaned. Next day we stayed at a place which was basic at the price per night which was far more clean than this Resort. Forgot to mention the expensive food served at this place was another trap to snatch money. As there are no other options nearby you have no choice but to let them loot you. For example for mix veg pakoras they served onion pakora only that too 6 pieces. Please do not fall in the trap of the looks of this place unless you are dying in cold and not finding any other option.
