When we checked morning if complimentary breakfast is included. Receptionist said yes. After eating, he said need to pay as booked via online. He argued. We had to pay 1200 and check out.

Aminities and hot water facilities are not good, lift and no AC in rooms

A decent hotel to stay. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Food quality can be improved to serve hot food.

The room was not clean at all. There were cockroach in the bathroom. Never experienced this any of my hotel stay

Pros: good location to commute if you have your own vehicle, ample parking space. Cons: adjacent to a choultry so lot if noise late night, rooms are ordinary, old appluances, cots, beds, tv with very few channels and very bad video( kept on fkuckery. Delayed room service.

Food is tasty but not fresh. Beds are not much comfortable. Charges are a bit high
