Review Of kalanad residency and convention centre

I stayed for a total of 03 nights and I would definitely rate the overall experience Good...Rooms were clean as well as the bathroom...Would highly recommend anyone planning to stay there to go to Malabar coffee house restaurant which is at a walkable distance from this accommodation.

we checked in by 9pm in the night with my group it took around 39minutes to do the check in procedure since the guy who sat at Reception didn't kept keys ready and another 30minutes to transfer luggages from our bus to respective rooms. Rooms were ok, it is a budget property rather than 3* as it claims. lots of Beer bottles were on corridor, and noice throughout the night by some boys who came for weekend party. Average room . Good for one night stay. Good location. Staff has good behaviour. No food. But lot of near by solutions. Decent parking space

Went for a marriage function. Since the function was at their marriage hall it was a good budget stay option in Kasargod. Rooms are good.

Not a good experience, night bachelor's party and they have disconnected the power in the night when we called next morning around 10am for the power that time they connected. Not recommended for the family

Rooms were neat and clean. Heater was not working in one of the rooms
