Review Of K3 Westwinds

After much contemplation and research, we booked K3 Westwinds for our stay. But we were told that our stay had been shifted to a different property after we arrived for our check-in. This too happened after we made around 10 calls to the management because there was no office on the property and the guard wouldn't let us. We were lucky that our cab driver waited for us because he sensed the problem. Else imagine how difficult it would have been for 2 girls to roam about with their luggage in a place with practically no public transportation.

Although we were shifted to a different property, the room was good and clean. Also it was pretty spacious. Almsot like a 1 bhk flat

The surrounding area of the property was very good, peaceful and calm. The room was spacious and comfortable with all modern amenities. The staff was so helpful, friendly and cooperative. They provide very good service. Cleanliness and facilities were so good. The property was suitable for everyone. Must recommend the property to others.

Overall it was a nice and comfortable stay. The location was difficult to access. Staff was helpful and well behaved. Room was cozy and clean but the facilities were not proper. Property ambiance was peaceful.

They gave us different property not as per our booking but location and property was nice.

Staff and their services were really very nice. They have provided us a clean and comfortable room with the basic facilities. The ambiance of the property was very nice. Property was value for money.

It was excellent service provided

Had a ok ok types stay at the apartment. There was no one to receive or welcome. Also the manager Kennedy is very arrogant and doesn't know how to even welcome the guest. Not even once any one came to ask if there is any issue. Where as the house has lots of issue. Electrical and appliance doesn't work and the room has very less light and the furniture are stinking and termites are on the floor. The room lacks the sense of a pleasant stay. Overall it was a ok experience.

Owner are friendly. Apartment was spacious and neatly arranged things. Good and safe locality. Child friendly.

Ac was not working for a day of 4 days and was intermittently working. No WiFi at all. Felt cheated. No clean rooms and clean laundry. Sheets, bed, and cupboard smelled bad. Bathroom was unclean. Toaster had bread crumbs and unclean till the end of stay.

Accommodation was too good and property has lots of amenities

The stay and services was very good, all very polite staff with a good smile, was close to Benulim Beach
