decent rooms; good value; but would have preferred breakfast option

It was a good stay. Breakfast was really good. The bathrooms were bit smelly and it may be due to monsoon. Rooms were very clean and tidy.

in the order of things we liked.. 1. privacy for family with 4 rooms and a living room and large balcony 2. very clean 3. super tasty breakfast 4. lovely host 5. near Madikeri town. 10min drive

Property location was good, little away from town. For food, need to depend on hotel or restaurants, else they will help you for that. There are not many amenities available but manageable. Service was good.
