Stay was overall good and relaxing. Food was amazing. Service was also good. We, family of 5 adults and 1 infant, stayed for 2 nights. Folk music in evening and pottery during breakfast was also a good experience.

overall good experience
I recently stayed in a Premium Deluxe room, expecting a comfortable and seamless experience. Unfortunately, the stay was disappointing due to an ongoing issue with the room's air conditioning. Despite booking one of the higher-tier rooms, the air conditioning was not functioning properly. I reported the issue twice to the front desk, but it was resolved at 2 am. This made the room uncomfortable, especially considering the premium price paid for added comfort. The room itself was well-furnished and clean, but basic amenities like a working AC should be a given, not a request.

Wonderful Stay.
I had a wonderful stay at Juna Mahal Ranthambore with my family. The staff is very courteous. The rooms are clean and maintained. Kitchen staff was very accommodating for my toddler’s meals. Our food preferences were taken care of very well. The evening high tea and cultural activity were a nice addition. The pool villa rooms are done quite beautifully. Definitely recommend!!

Excellent Stay
The entire experience at Juna Mahal was explicit and comforting. The property was well maintained with all the amenities such as clean pool, quick service, indoor games, pottery, cultural dance, etc. The staff was very courteous and polite. Overall, we had a great weekend with family.

Great stay @JunaMahal food is amazing along with the service provided. The room was spacious along with a huge balcony. The location is also decent and not far from the main road.

Poor Stay
it's an average property. located a little outside the main area. there is generally loud music playing next to the property at night. the rooms are good. big rooms, decent washrooms. some things were disappointing like ac breaking down but they changed the room at night. spoiled an hour though. there are better hotels with more hospitable team overall.

very avg property. People enter room without permission
it was a very average stay. The property is decent but needs a lot of work on customer experience enhancement. We'd booked 3 rooms. While I was sitting outside. someone came, opened the lock and entered my room without knocking, asking or my permission. I was shocked! They had the masterkey and could do anything. AC stopped working at night. Though they changed the room but it was very troublesome. More disappointing was that even after informing them, there was not even a single apology for entering room without permission.

Great Hotel
Excellent Resort. Really enjoyed it with our family of 4 with 2 children. Staff is excellent and very attentive. The rooms are well decorated and have all the facilities. Pool is lovely and food is excellent. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner and all were brilliant. Evening entertain is also very good. All staff were brilliant and in particular Ajay was exceptional with providing great service.

Great stay
The property is clean and well maintained, it’s beautifully lit up in the evenings. The staff is courteous. The food was average, can be better and the children’s swings were out of order, temporarily. We would love to stay again.

Awesome property and an even better staff!
We had an absolutely incredible stay at Juna mahal. The property felt new and the rooms were quite lavish. Since we were traveling with a child, hygiene was a very important factor for us and the hotel maintained a very good standard! Bathrooms, linen, etc. were all spotless. But it is not the nice, clean and hygienic property that sets Juna mahal apart. It is the amazingly warm service which we received from every single staff member. Right from the moment we checked in, each of our requests was met with a gracious smile and every effort made to entertain the same. This experience was consistent right from the front desk to room service and extended to the service at the restaurant. I must say that we have never been to such a welcoming place and kudos to the entire management. We would love to visit again!
