Good Experience, Neat and clean property

Neat and clean ! Beautiful place in varanasi in main city to stay

1. The property (flat) is located on the first floor of an under construction apartment block in a location not easy to access due to narrow lanes and traffic. 2. The facility provides NO food. Not even a cup of tea. 3. The flat has two bedrooms in which one room is with attached bath. The other is a common toilet. 4. Toilets could be cleaner. 5. Charges for the property are very affordable. 6. Most amenities like mosquito repellent, hairdryer etc are in one room only.

Staying at Janaki Villa was an absolute delight! Nestled in Batuk Dham Colony, a serene residential area, this 2-bedroom apartment provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Varanasi. Despite the city’s lively energy, the location was ideal—peaceful yet well-connected. Getting around was effortless, with rickshaws easily available for just 50-100 rupees to any Ghat, making it a great base to explore the city. After the overwhelming experience of Kumbh Mela, Janaki Villa felt like a true sanctuary where we could relax and recharge. The apartment is well-equipped, offering all the comforts of home, and we instantly felt at ease. A special mention to Amit, the caretaker, and his friend, who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Their warm hospitality and willingness to accommodate our needs made a huge difference. They helped us with anything we required and even allowed a late checkout, understanding that our train was delayed—an incredibly thoughtful gesture! If you’re looking for a cozy, peaceful, and welcoming stay in Varanasi, Janaki Villa is a fantastic choice. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Coming to Banaras and not staying here is like returning home without completing your journey.. This is like my home in Banaras.. Amit and Vikram who are the caretakers of the villa take care of the house and guests like their own homes.. Come Banaras. And if you stay here just once you will feel like home.

Staying here always gives a good experience. Caretakers amit bhai and vikram bhai are always ready for any help. I would recommend everyone to stay here once.

The house is very comfortable. It has much more amenities than a normal visitor can expect. They also provide home made delicious food and an auto for traveling which can be paid as per usage

With my credibility as a traveller, i can validate the below points 1. Villa is in utmost clean condition 2. It feels like home 3. Interiors are plush and upmarket. 4. We booked ground floor and first floor of the villa, now i really wish to ask the owner if they have any such existing villa for sale. I am interested ) 5. It's worth every penny you have paid for the booking.

Facilities are wonderful. Caretaker was always available as soon as called. Owner was reachable always and coordinated well for our stay. This place is highly recommended

Very nicely built, comfortable apartment. Clean and very good housekeeping challenges 1) approach road is a little poor 2) please confirm floor on booking. We were a group of 4 senior citizens and had booked as by name it seems an independent villa, however on arriving got a apartment on 1st floor which was a bit inconvenient. I would recommend to go with janki villa while visiting varanasi.

Property is good to stay but very poor service. Mattress are for or-tho patients (very hard). No towel change for next day. No refill for tea. No extra pillows in room
