I stay in 5 days ,room was not cleaned 1 day .I asked to receptionist,he told very rudely answer.very very bad experience

staff very friendly, and room ac food delivery service very very extraordinary ❤️

They cut off the AC at midnight I am requesting you to please don't do that. I book the luxury room then also they do like that is not good

I booked room in jsr grand hotel but they put me i private residential house

worst hospitality: the lift is not working and there was no communication about that. they just gave the keys 🗝️, and no one came to take me into the room. after reaching room by walk two floors now the room is not cleaned. terrible experience

this review about stay at jsr grand. we have done corporate booking. and after our work we have reached this hotel and then hotel team taken us to some residential private room in a home and asked us to stay there itself. that room is very in very horrible condition and we opposed to stay there.. then hotel team told us, we have no rooms available at your hotel and we have rejected your booking and you can ask refund. they have spoken with employee also, his response is more horrible than hotel management. he is just suggesting hotel team to arrange any room anywhere, if they want to stay other wise we can't do anything. after lot of discussion with hotel team finally they have given a room in same hotel. with no proper service 🙏🏼

Stayed with family. Very happy with the stay. The room and bathroom were very neat and clean.

It's new hotel, not started completely. But rooms are good.

Clean hotel with equipment for all facilities in room & shower that you might need during your stay.

Everything was good but little improvement in washroom is required like small sitting stool was not there and dustbin was not there rest everything was awesome

Great place to stay, clean rooms and good services, i have enjoyed the stay, hotel staff are very good in behavior.
