Good Stay
The hotel was good, staff was hospitable, was not that difficult to find, was close to the station and also to my exam centre. Would probably stay here again if I come again for work. They gave breakfast on time and also helped with early check out. Room service was on time too. Place was clean, sheets were clean. Was well maintained. Was able to charge devices even when lights went out. There was warm water too. Overall a good experience and affordable stay.

Terrible Stay

Friendly and Positive
Helpful staff even late at night, and the parking was super convenient. Clean, comfy stay—would come back! Overall it was a hassle-free experience.

Had a great stay at Itsy radle Regency
I had a wonderful stay at Itsy Hotel Cradle Regency! The service was truly exceptional and made me feel right at home. A special thanks to the owner, who personally looked after everything with such kindness and care. She was extremely soft-spoken and helpful throughout my stay—from handling my luggage with such grace to even arranging a cab for me at the end. Her warmth and attention to detail truly stood out and made my experience memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay!

Filthy slump
I have booked for two nights and when I arrived the place was very dirty and I chose to eat outside restaurant. Room was dusty, floors are so dirty, toilet awful no extractor fan. Someone was constantly smoking in the room and we couldn’t sleep at all nd I felt sick in the morning. I checked out immediately and gone to another hotel in the city centre. Surrounding is a slump and they cook your dinner behind the staircase. Can you arrange a refund for the day I wasn’t in. Fake rating to con people.

Good Stay
Good location, good service, good staff experience. Rooms are near and clean, and well ventilated. There is no parking available for cars, two wheelers are good. Small suggestion, kindly update the location on maps.

Excellent stay.
It was a good experience. The behaviour of the staff was very good and cooperative. And the room which i booked was standard room which was of good size and also was clean. The size of the bathroom was small but neat and clean. The one problem which i faced most was the power cut on the regular basis. Otherwise, it was a very nice experience staying there.

I would recommend not to visit to save urself from bad behaviou
soloOne of the worst experiences i had with respect to hotel booking. The hotel room was not clean, dirty bedsheet and towels. I found a big cockroach running in the room and the ac was smelling. To top all that the behaviour of the receptionist/owner was really bad with my guest and they literally called the room 4 times in a span of 1 hr saying to either ask my guest to leave or me to switch hotels.
