The location of the property was very easy to reach. The property was quite economical and affordable. Staffs of this property were very helpful and cooperative. They do not have the food facility in the property. Sanitation and facilities were very impressive. Definitely a recommendable property.

The property is easily accessible. The surroundings were very peaceful. The staffs were very well behaved and courteous. Overall it was an excellent stay for us. This is the highly recommended property for others.

Homestay but far from main tourist places, with out any WiFi connection. Won't recommend this location for tourists. No food provided and nearest food location Janet Dhaba is 1 KM; that means 200 meter walk and 60 rupees to and for auto. You can get ac room for same price near Aberdeen bazaar, Port blair (where most of tourist places are). Nearest rent bike option (only one available) was worse as the person provided 2 liter of adulterated petrol which did not last for 30 km. Service was good but tv provided had only free channel was disappointed to miss cricket match and living without any internet connection in December 2019.

The rooms were in awful and unhygienic conditions when we boarded on 9th night, only one room provided with AC facility while we paid for both! Breakfast was of substandard quality. The owner seemed to be confused and not at all have any idea about the booking! I would not recommend people who visit the first time like me to end up with such a situation.

The stay is pretty close to the airport and to the town. Easily reachable. The hosts where really sweet and helpful. Would surely suggest this if you are looking for a budget stay with basic necessities.

We spent our last two days of Andaman trip in this property. To start with, this is located nowhere near to any place of interest which means you end up coughing money for transit. The property is easily reachable with google maps however local populace has no idea owing to the little/nil advertising done by the owner. You get a simple empty 2 room/hall/bathroom for what you've paid for. The room service doesn't exist simply. You'll have to lift your bags, clear your dustbin etc. The washroom and washbasins are in depleted state with water accumulation in bathroom owing to drainage located on upper side of slope. So expect a wet feet whenever you move out of bathroom. The basins felt like it was not cleaned for last 10 days. To add up to all on the last night there was a power outage for good 3 hours and there was no backup available. The caretaker asked us to shift the bed to hall and keep the door open to have a sleep, Duh. And the property owner who was operating remotely was so interested in cross selling tickets to his ride in a deserted Andaman saying so much crowd (I went on 30 Sep/ 01 Oct being start of season). Thankfully didn't fall for the trap. To finish, with so many options available around, this place is highly avoidable. May the property owner look into correction of the shortcomings rather than trying to get a booking done for boat. Peace.
