There was no toiletries, no towel, there is no contact person available, not recommended for family to stay there

Not clean. Not hygienic. Bed and bathroom worst. Not recommended for anyone. Very worst. Mm t please do visit and check.

Room is avarage. And not comport room inside lightings is very dull. And the bathroom is very small and very congested. But staff is very supportive good staff.

our stay at indian deluxe sullia is a 2...the room was not clean. we had to ask for a change of bedsheets and pillow cases...still it did not seem clean...no restuarant services.. happy with only hot water for bath..no toiletries in the toilet. really bad experience.

Overall room was nice and we feel comfortable to sleep

Poor bed linen, ill-lit room, filthy interiors, unclean toilets, rattling ceiling fan, no drinking water, filthy floors, stinking approach - what else can go wrong. What else can go wrong? whole night i was feeling as if something were crawling on me. Dirty- will never book this again.

They are treating costumers irrespective and very bad service this is my first experience for ever and very bad. Whoever it’s before going this lodge please cheek the feed back and go ahead.

*no tv connection *no hot water *no 24*7 reception staff availability *no housekeeping service not even once they cleaned my room when i stayed. * no proper restaurants around * rooms were not cleaned properly before check in. *rates are too high looking at emenities availability.

Staff was cooperative as well as location was good near local market fut-her icici bank atm was adjoining the lodge 's building which was helpful.

The location of the hotel was close to bus stand. Service was good. Staff behavior was also good. Room was not clean, but was spacious, in washroom flush was not working. No food provided we have take from outside. Overall, it was an average stay.

The way of communicating was good

We went on a family trip with two families with kids and found it helpful stay on the way to kukke and advantage was it was in main road and was easily located. Initially when booked, I was a big worried for location but stay was good overall with 24 hours hot water which is important during winter.

Needed a basic place to spend night. The Lodge was okay. Location is perfect. However the facilities are very minimal. The staff was super nice.
