The drwaing room ac was not working ro was not working, no water after asking for plenty of request they send water and keep on saying that we sent someone but you were not available even though i was there whole time

flat is in bad state...walls are chipping...Sofa m chairs were soo dirty tht we could not even think of sitting on them....bedsheet was bit torn....pathetic

They have unnecessary extra charges in the name of property maintenance etc. Further the hygiene and cleanliness is not maintained. And the major issue was parking. There was drastic issue with parking and the guard over there ask you to park at no parking slot and then clamped the vehicle and charge unnecessary ammount. They themselves ask to do the parking at no parking slot and then the deny from that. And charge money. This is whole planned thing they do with the visitors

The rooms shown in the image didn't get the exact room, they handed over some ground floor room which was very dirty and smelly and there was no privacy as the helper was outside the room and it is not good for anyone. Secondly they have added an extra amount of Rs 375 which is mentioned in instructions which is not good and the people will never get the clarity. when you reach the destination they will ask you to transfer the money first and then only they will provide the exact location. It is a very lengthy process, they will share you the Google form which you have to fill, A tired person will become more tired because of this. A very small room of 10*10 pr even smaller. Not worth it at all, A hotel of 1000 rs will be far better than this. washroom leaking, flush not working, water coming in the rooms from washroom Location is good.

The room was not properly clean. There was used birth protection rubber in the drawer. The partment society cut off the power of the apartment.

The owner is very rude and was not cooperating in any case. We inf-act had no room to stay but still the owner didnot do anything
