We had very nice stay. Mr. Arnav Verma at the reception was very helpful. The staff is well mannered and courteous. They have complimentary breakfast. One item for each day of the week. We got Pao Bhaji. Tea/Coffee and Toast were of course available. Ample parking. Nice area. Markets and malls are near by. A good place for family or couples. Note: We booked for 3 people. Extra mattress charges ₹500 on top of this. I didn't understand this charge. But it's written in their booking details.

average stay
while the check in was quick and smooth, I faced an issue with the room that was allotted. I had booked a room with balcony but was given a room which did not even have a single window. Had to go back to the reception and get it changed. Breakfast had only 1 food item along with tea. Better to go to haldirams for food which is just 700m away from here. Cleanliness was okay considering the money paid.

It was great staycation.A very Nice location with fantastic interior. We found this location through MakeMyTrip & it very cozy and peaceful place . All the services was good in short well satisfied with this staycation.

Hotel is close to noida sector 50 metro and spectrum mall. Locality is safe. Staff is very good and helped us in many ways. Rooms were spacious and well equipped. Its a new hotel very less options are available like this in noida

Pathetic attitude of hotel management towards customers
familyAbsolutely poor service all around, specially third class behaviour of receptionist. They have got no intention to rectify their pathetic style! breakfast is never ready before 9 am. Wash basin of room continued to leak since 14th december, inspite of reminding receptionist arnav at-least 6 - 7 times. On 30th december, the receptionist denied to provide dinner at 9. 15 pm and bluntly told to call dinner from outside (swiggy etc. Even for a handwash refill in washroom, my wife had to remind 4 times from 29th december to 30th december. They are actually functioning like a dharamshala, not as hotel. On 31st december, the receptionist told me in morning to check-out by 10 am, saying that check-out for the day is early. When i countered him, he argued that booking voucher received by him mentions check-out time of 11 am, because actually mentioned check-out time of 12 noon.

Terrible Stay
familyHave stayed with family from 14th to 23rd dc 2024. Com, in 2 continuous bookings. Extremely poor service in all respects and highly unprofessional staff in reception and restaurant. Breakfast was denied on 22nd dc even though mentioned, and receptionist misbehaved with my family in dining hall, in front of other customers. Receptionist tried to stop other customers from talking to me in dining hall and even they told him to stay away. Even a room towel took them 24 hours to deliver ! restaurant service is very slow and everything has to be repeated 3 or 4 times. Breakfast is not served before 9 am and the breakfast menu is same on all days (no south-indian item, no fruit, no juice. No variey. Only 2 men cater to cooking in kitchen and only 1 serves food in dining hall. It takes 45 minutes to take breakfast. Water leakage from wash basin not fixed in d inspite of repeated reminders during 8 days. Extra blankets were demanded but made available after 3 days. Dining hall is completely open and is extremely cold in this severe winter and there is no arrangement to protect customers from cold air.

Average Stay
Room quality is fine. Drawbacks are 1. Geaser not working & no attempts made by staff to arrange hot water in spite of request. 2. Multiple followup needed to get room service for getting coffee etc. 3. Breakfast served is not hot.
