The property was good and well kept, we did not opt for food hence wouldn't be able to opine on it. The location of the property was also good as it was close to the beach (walkable distance) and had many restaurants near by. Overall we had a good and pleasant stay.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The property was well-maintained, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was courteous and helpful throughout my visit.

I had a very good experience staying in the backyard as a guest. The service provided was great. The food, while decent, could be rated around 7 out of 10. However, the bedroom, toilet area, and bathroom were all clean and well-maintained. The swimming pool area was also impressive. I would recommend this place to everyone, as it is affordable. The staff, including the manager, receptionist, and service personnel, were all very competent and helpful. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Most lovable place good experience

Hello traveller's, Good pool to enjoy in premises! Location is best for seafood lovers as kolinbai is on walking distance and also for veg suruchi is best for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Service is good! But a little slow! Rooftop seating is best!

Honestly, my stay was very good. The main reason is because the place was clean. My room was hygienic. I had no problem with the stay. The staff was very welcoming and also the food was tasty. I tried the promfret Thali, I just wanted to say people that whoever is reading the negative comments about the property.I don't really believe it's true, because it was the other way around for me Thankyou to the host Sameer :) and I don’t remember the name of the other guy, yeah but Thankyou again :)

it's a beautiful small property with good amenities and service.

While my room was comfortable, I was not happy with the overall maintenance of the amenities. *Key Concerns:* *Eating Area:* The dining area lacked proper maintenance, which affected my overall experience also the washroom near the eating area were not clean, which was quite disappointing. Pool Safety:* The pool barricade rod was broken, with sharp edges that posed a risk to children. *Rating Discrepancy:* Given the issues I faced, I would not rate this property as a 3-star resort. The lack of maintenance and attention to detail detracted from my stay.

property was good, but the charges for the room were quite high I paid 4500 for an Standard AC room, after paying so much no breakfast was included in the room charges, it was charged separately which we did not like, when the room chargers are so high atleast breakfast should have been included.

The Backyard resort have a good property and pleasant stays with mutiple options(we stayed in standard room), staff behavior is good and cooperative.....mutiple pure veg restaurant options available near my property.....nearby beach Naigoan is 1km

worst property to stay at, beds are very uncomfortable, not hot water running, staff are okay , have summing pool and thats it. no garden or anything

The property is situated near Bedmi beach and Nagaon beach. The rooms were nice as it's newly built. The property common area is a small incl pool. Nonveg and veg food was good. poolside area needs more cleaning.

The *lack of a mini-fridge in the room* was a major inconvenience, especially for keeping drinks cool or storing leftovers. Additionally, the vegetarian meals we ordered were disappointing—lacking flavor and quality, which was surprising given the otherwise positive dining options nearby. *Verdict:* A charming stay with excellent location and service, but consider packing a cooler and exploring off-site dining for vegetarian fare. With minor improvements, this spot could be a flawless beach getaway!

Staff is really good room was awesome location is perfect

Had a pleasant stay at this new property, the rooms are clean and well-maintained. The surmai fish thali and chicken fry are must-tries! However, the veg starters like potato cheese balls and French fries are clearly frozen and nothing special. Room service and kitchen staff are courteous and efficient.

It is a very good location, though there is a small parking area, the owners are courteous. There are good food hotels nearby and this location is near Nagaon beach, around 1 Km away.

property was new so furniture, bathroom fittings were all good. Plug points however we're not working. Toiletries were not provided inspite of reminding many times. reception does not answer calls. This facility rentals does not include any food not even breakfast .
