too long from beach no food service is there toilet flush not working except swimming no other amenities Mr Sachin is behaving very humble and helpful as per the cost no I'm not recommended others

No swimming pool was properly as it is mentioned in the picture while booking. No options for food no options for upgrades

Good and comfortable stay though room walls wear tearing a bit as well as doors lock was also not good as a lot of effort was needed to lock it good budget stay though could get better

They didn't provide basic things like towel and soap and have to specially ask for that. There were mosquitoes in the room and they ran out of allout. It makes sleeping very difficult

Execellent room with nice staff. The caretaker of the hotel was very nice and was always on time whenever we ordered or asked help. Only thing i would suggest that washroom commode can be repaired as in my room toilet seat was not comfortable. No thanks.

Glad to have chosen Nisarg Guest House, when plans are made at last moment. Rooms were clean and spacious. Manager and staff were quite helpful. They have also arranged for auto rickshaw for sightseeing at good bargain. You need to order from a nearby restaurant, and the food was decent enough. Overall nice stay.

The best part of the hotel is the staff and their hospitality. Always ready to help. The owner helped me with the great plan as to how to visit different spots, helped me with a handmade chart. The explanation was so good that we visited the spots which we didn’t knew we could cover in this trip (Murud and Janjira fort). The second best part is the location. Conveniently located near bus stop and Alibaug beach but away from the noise and other distraction. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Though the staff are very helpful, I found the hotel could have been managed a bit more professionally. When we arrived, we were given only one towel as all the towels were given for washing, the time it took to provide food and tea was too much to the extent that we had to factor in the time before making a request and due to this we did not order the same couple of time. I guess you need to order food very much in advance, as one day when we arrived from the beach and requested for food, it was not there and we had to survive on biscuit (we were too tired to go out again). No one used to collect the utensils after lunch or dinner or tea and one had to hand it over or else it will be there in the room. One of the days, TV had an issue, then remote battery had to be replaced (which was never done) and then one day, to our surprise, TV recharge was over. All in all, a decent place with very nice staff but a bit of professional touch would be better. Oh and one more thing, ample parking and decent food.
