Review Of ILIF 2702 BUTTERFLY COTTAGES

Had a wonderful stay with my family. The staff was polite and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Room was clean and AC, Fan and other equipments were working up to the expectations. Bathroom was also clean with tissue and hand wash was given. Also hair dryer was provided. Swimming pool was clean too. Property area was small where entrance and mid corridor was well maintained but rear area was not so utilized. Food was good but it was delayed. Morning tea was disastrous. Warm drinking water was also salty. Hotel didn't have enough cutlery. Staff was polite and helpful. Food quality was good.

Property is very well and kids friendly. Good stay for couple stay. Need to do maintenance outside of the property and Gurden area.

Best stay with family, very cooperative staff, only kitchen to be improved thanks for best stay experience

Food was good , ambience was pleasant. The new manager Aditya Sawant was very coperative The only issue we faced was the timings give for breakfast was 8 am but never we got it before 9. Overall a good experience

⭐ Property Review Overall, the property is good and the experience was nice. Highlights: The inside room space is quite spacious — that’s a big plus. Nice view from the property. Areas for Improvement: Check-in process took extra time. Washroom and toilet were not cleaned properly. Wi-Fi speed was quite low. Outside area is very small. Canteen food is available only for limited hours. Morning breakfast starts very late. Every food order took around 30 minutes to be served.

it was really good experience .. Staff working was not coperative but the manager aditya patil was very helpfull

The stay at hotel was horrible. Staff was lethargic, zero promptness to server. food quality was pathetic and it was serverd cold. we wanted to have tea and the staff categorically refused to serve and said it will not be possible to server. kitchen staff was absent half of the time. we were served food in broken cups and plates as entire cutlery was broken . the property itself is in shambles. pillows have fungus, Ac remotes are not working. I have never had such a bad experience As a regular customer it's my request to please check the property before ranking it with 4 or above stars. I would give it a negative rating if it would be possible. Hope less place and hopeless staff

It was nice experience. Room was specious, neat and tidy, staff was well behaved. I had lunch there, good quality food. Just need to improve breakfast quality.....

It was indeed a wonderful stay . Rooms were pretty clean & food was ok. Swimming pool was clean, my kid enjoyed it a lot. Manager Uddesh & staff were decent & supportive. Overall it was a pleasant stay for us. We will definitely visit again.

It was a perfect stay and peaceful natural beauty. the staff was incredibly kind,welcoming, they were always available the property offered a relaxing pool, rooms also very clean and best to stay. Host akshay is very helpful. best place to stay with family, friends etc.

All stay was good but only as per food menu Chinese food not available .that’s was not good
