Need to increase the variety of food.

Good stay, the property was good in all factors like rooms, facilities, cleanliness, security. The location was good. The room was comfortable. The caretaker was very helpful. The food quality was not up to the mark. Must recommend to others.

Management was poor. Staffs were rude. Food was good in quality but it can be improved. No proper cleanliness in the room. Bathroom was dirty and stinky. Property location was difficult to access. Disappointed with their services and hospitality.

Staffs were very rude. Morning tea were served after multiple follow ups at 9 a.m. Rooms and bathrooms are not clean. No safety. Have disclosed my details while leaving the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay here on 15th of Feb. It was awesome here.

Bad staying experience at the property with my group of friends. The cleanliness should have improved. The service staffs were missing. The food was not that good and we got the same food for dinner and breakfast. The property location was also a bit of an outskirt.

Not worthy of money paid. Rooms are small, bathroom is adjacent to room not attached. Terrace was nice and big. Overall property was nice. There was no clean glass in the room. You have to ask the staff every time for a spoon or plate. They need a little grooming I guess. But the good thing is they never say no. Food prices are high. One boiled egg was costly. Its not in line with the amount you pay. Location is a little far from Viswabharati campus. Near to prantik station and haat.

It was a great experience. Specially their food standard was awesome.
