Walking distance from hosapete bus stand and less than one km from railway station. Easy to find out, great road side view. Very good cooperation from staff.

Nomproper maintenance
Lack of hygiene and bed bugs issue. Wash rooms are not maintained properly. Staffs won't respond properly except the owner.

Good and comfortable rooms, wash room needs a bit of change in bucket and cleaning. Overall good and highly recommended.

The hotel is located on main road and staff is very courteous and helpful. The rooms are well maintained and clean. It's a good value for money
I visited the hotel and found it ready at check in time there are many restaurants around the hotel for lunch and hotel is located on station road

Staff was quiet helpful, close to station-and bus stand. Will stay again if happens to be in hospite.

Room was smelling. Even after informing to hotel staff no action taken.

Excellent Stay
Very cosy rooms, friendly staff, gave us adequate extra beds as we were traveling in a large group. Also as we checked in late, we were directed to a hotel at right time. Or else it was difficult to find dinner at that hour.

Room conditions were good, but certainly some improvements are required. Not offering even a drinking water to the guest is not a good gesture!

Meh. Not the best place to stay
Well, i had to book a hotel room at the last minute. And, there were very few options available then. So, i decided to go with whatever was available, with a higher rating. Hence, decided to go with amrutha, as if has a 4+ rating, and none of the others did. Positive points: -i could check-in to the hotel room at around 6:15 am, which was nice of them. -the hotel is pretty close to the bus stand. -and, is pretty close to almost everything in hospet, for it being a tiny little town. Negative points: -the bedspreads and the comforters were not clean and tidy. I ended up getting some skin allergies. -there wasn't hot water available during my entire stay there. I overheard one of the guests arguing at the front desk about it, for which he was told that the solar water heater isn't working as it has been raining for the last few days. -and the bathroom. Ehh. I didn't find it clean. -the closets were smelly. Hence, i never used them. Would i stay there if i end up going to hospet again? most probably not, as there are better options to choose from.

Staff are really very good. I came from bangalore early morning but by the time staff are helped me a lot and this is second time i am staying in that hotel rooms also very clean. If any problems immediately staff will come and solve. Worth for money
