Good but wash rooms not cleaning. Need cleaning beds also not comfortable of worth price

Service is very bad staff is very rude, not took stay returned back to another hotel after discussion with staff

I didn't check in as i was misled by you people. Hotel requested at narasaraopet and booking made 20km away from. Narasaraopet. Poor management by you in wrongly guiding us.

It was a very bad stay. I had to pay ₹500 extra because i checked in a few hours early. The A/C was not functioning as well. Room maintainence was not so good. I guess i will not book this hotel in future again.

Booked a room at 3pm, reached the hotel at 1130pm. But was asked to go elsewhere as all rooms were let out for a marriage party. Irresponsible service at the reception : didn't even care to turn on lights even as they were watching tv. Waited for around 30mins and was later given a room, after arguing with the receptionist. Place seemed recently renovated. Car-parking on the road. Fast checkout.

Below average low class hotel

Excellent hotel with friendly staffs. Location is great for communication(bus&rail, surrounded by hospitals, banks, tiffin & lunch hotels. Receptionist is very friendly guy, owner is a gentleman, cleaning staffs are also very helpful. Not only this hotel but also surrounded tea stall, tiffin stall guys are very much helpful. Strongly recommend to must visit this hotel.

Nice place for a short stay, room was spacious

This is the best hotel at sattenapalle. Value for money and well maintained.
