Terrible Stay

One of the worst experiences I've had so far. Sheets are dirty and full of ants, reception staff is rude and demanding money, washroom is filthy and room is different from the picture that is posted.

We had a pleasent stay. Staf is very cooperative. At the time checkin there was a glitch with MMT transaction at their end. Still the staff managed to provide stay with some payment conditions. Which were reasonable.
