Terrible Stay
Dear MakeMyTrip Support Team, I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Zorba, Near Nityanand School, Delhi By Pass Road, During check-in, I submitted my ID as required, but the receptionist rudely insisted that I also write my complete address in their register. If everything had to be noted manually, then what was the purpose of taking my ID? His behavior was unprofessional and discourteous, showing no understanding of how to treat a guest. This was the worst hospitality experience I have ever faced. Because of such treatment, I stayed only 4 hours in the hotel and then moved to another property. I request you to kindly escalate this matter with the hotel management and ensure such behavior is not repeated with other customers.

Terrible Stay
The rooms lacked basic amenities like running hot water and air conditioning. The bed linen and towels were unclean. The breakfast timings were not followed and the tea was served without sugar. Complimentary late check out was denied and complimentary hi tea was not served.

Peaceful stay!
Room and bathroom was clean with plenty of space! but non-veg food is unavailable also very limited options on veg food! staff behaviour was ok! the water purifier was not working so we had to purchase water bottles every time!

Terrible Stay
Very bad experiance yday night at 10 pm my cars door mirror someone broked as i complaint hotel staff they have no any anwser who did this no cctv no proper service no security

Room was okay they don't clean it every day food is terrible cleaning is not done properly. The furniture is broken.
