Waiting area sofa's are not clean&giving smell. Difficult to take oxygen.
businessFood is very bad not hygenic, staff is very unprofessional. Rooms are very costly. Receptionist are not dealing politely. With their customer. Iam not happy with stay in your hotel. Hotel is very far from market and having zero transportation facility.

Poor service of the hotel
Not good, nothing was kept in the room before. Had to order everything in the room there are better options

Horrible experience
businessI stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. I reached the hotel at 3 am at night after a long tiring journey. After reaching i found all staffs are sleeping and not at all interested to make my check in. Very rude behavior of night gatekeeper. Location is outside city. Overall very bad stay. Not recommended

businessThis hotel is good. Neat and clean. But lack in experienced staff and services. I am saying this as per the amount they have charged. Amount is as equal as any 3 star hotel but services and facilities are not upto the mark. Breakfast options are limited. Al a carte menu is too costly. 1 am surprised to see 360 rs for one portion of aloo shimla vegetables.

Average stay not much to cherish
Elevator was not working for complete 2 days, housekeeping is not upto the mark, however staff was courtesious, it can be termed as average stay, neither unhappy nor happy.

Excellent Stay
Hotel vishal imperial is a very good hotel. The rooms are well appointed with all the essential facilities. Some important plus points include 1. Hotel is only about 2 yrs old and facilities are new. 2. It is located in a quiet and safe area in sector 36, sun city. Close to positron hotel. Safe parking is available. 3. Food is excellent. Chef nadeem khan is a great asset. 4. Room, housekeeping and restaurant services are all very prompt and efficient. Staff is courteous and helpful. 5. One of the few hotels i've found with complimentary amazon prime connectivity on tv. Some areas for improvement. 1. Towels need a quick turnaround. Age shows on all of them. 2. Since the hotel is away from the main city, the hotel could consider having a taxi or auto on call arrangement. Recommended for those looking for a quiet place and with own vehicle

hotel was good
Room was neat and clean, the only thing was there was seepage in one room but on request they changed our room. food was good, good staff behaviour, nice parking space. nearby market. it was nice stay.
