Misbehave by three reception people at arrival of hotel. they charged 2000. 00 extra

Recently i booked hotel yuvraj palace @ ranchi. This hotel is one of the few good hotels in ranchi. The hotel is good and the rooms are nice. I got the very best deal with mmt. The lady manager at the hotel ms rum a was the best person i dealt with, she helped me to get the refund within a few minutes for a wrongful transaction. She was very humble & polite. Overall had a very good stay.

Value for money

Worst nughtmare, worst hotel, cheated by makemytrip. It overcharged more than rs 6 thousand for a room otherwise available for rs 4000. Was charged another rs 1500 for extra bed. Hotel without proper security, hygiene, service. Quite dismayed and felt cheated by makemytrip. Will never use their service in future.

Idle location, good for family stay

Hotel has no staff, service is like a local lodge. No security staff, same guys doing reception, room service and any other request you put.

As we arrived in Ranchi cutting short our stay in a near hat we had no prior booking and our flight was next day in the evening so we decided to find a place to stay overnight but we found all hotels packed at main road Ranchi. So we checked on mm t and found this place hotel Yuvraj palace. The room rent was so moderate we thought facilities would also be of the same range. Since we needed to just spend the night we booked 2 double bedrooms. As we entered the hotel the receptionist lady was very gentle and kind and welcomed us with a never-fading smile. All we needed to do was to produce our ids and that's it. Attendance was called who assisted us in a very congenial manner to our rooms. Rooms were very hygienically cleaned up. Almost shining. Ac lighting, tv, night light stand, bedside table with switches and sockets, a mini-fridge, a table for keeping handbags, a table with electric kettle, 3 Tajmahal ea training, 2 pouches of Nescafe instant coffee, 2 pouches of Dauria sugar powder, 2 poochha of Nescafe milk powder, and 2 pouches of sugar-free gold sugar powder, 2 half-liter water bottle, a 2 liter thermos, 2 mugs and 2 classes heigically cleaned and wrapped with paper were all set. In the bathroom, 2 hand towels clean and wrapped, 3 mini siapa, one con, one shaving kit with Gillette foam pouch 1 ready shaver, two clean bath towels properly wrapped, body wash filter and shampoo filter properly filled, 2 small bottles of ayurvedic cream and shampoo, a pack of 1 small toothpaste and 1 toothbrush. There was a wardrobe with a separate locker inside. The bed was ready with comfy mattresses and quilts, 2 big pillows, 2 small pillows, and 2 cushions. Bathrooms were shaded with all these facilities. What else do you expect for for 2 rooms. We had great sleep. Got up in the morning all fresh. They have nice dining. That is something you have to experience yourself.

We stayed for 2 days, hotel property is good, but management is poor, food charges high it's ok but food quality is not as per they're charge. Complimentary breakfast is poor quality and only 2 items in buffet that is pratha and pakoda. And in restaurants we show live warm (insects) drinking water glass.

Location and food is good. Price is very high compare with facilities.

I love the way they treat. Spacious room large bathroom.

I stayed twice 24/25 aug. And 1/2 septa not at all satisfied. In fact i should be compensated for the money i spent. Thought it would change the second after my feedback to you but rather it was traumic experience. You ask for feedback but never give your feedback reply. My trip was never so casual.

Wi-fi, tv, kettle not working. No slippers.

Very very poor quality service in the hotel. The care of guest comes last for the management. The staff are very less in numbers so don't expect services. The hygiene condition is pathetic. Do not expect hot water supply as well.

Old hotel need to renovate, lots of noise from ac

Poor service in general bathroom was only fitted with hand savour no head water savour

Good enjoyed the stay but food was costly and complimentary breakfast was bad.
The rooms were great but with little less plug points.
