Review Of Hotel Vivek

Hotel Vivek, Bank Road, Gorakhpur*. I book this hotel and found nothing as showed Staff were very rude and they talk to customer . Rooms arey very small, dirty and foul smelly. Blanket provided by hotel is very very cheap and dirty. Same with pillow and bed sheet. Window AC was installed but very noisy. Condition of washroom was so bad. I travel a lot and always satys in hotel but never had such kind of bad experience. Hotel management not providing any kind of complimentary water bottles in the rooms. Lots of noises every time,. A big big zero from my side and I will make sure none of the my knowing will never book this hotel even for a single day stay.

It requires many areas of maintenance such as washroom n plumbing. Work is not smooth to use. Walls n beds also pretty old furniture

First room showed did not correspond with what i booked. It was gloomy and dirty. Second one was a bit t better but no window. The third one was good but the hotel hosted a big wedding. Very loud music was on until 1h15 am.

Very poor hotel's room condition. There is no hygiene and smell was coming from room and washroom. Accommodation was i very bad condition wooden furniture were damage. Bed was not clean

Room condition was pathetic. Curtains was not sufficient to stop sunlight. Whitewash was not for long time. Dirty bathrooms. The property is like a black spot on the name of hotel. Bed was like ply with 4 stand and matters lenin was too dirty

Pros: it is a big bunglow with lawn. Restaurant food quality is very good. In the middle of city. Cons: property itself is very old which reflects in rooms condition. Some rooms have seepage too. Ac was antique. Broken and without remote ( although cooling was good enough)

This is not a stay hotel, its a marriage garden full time. You can not sleep in night. Staff is not supportive, no sanitation.

It was average and but initial dental kit not provided at this property

If you improve your interior bedding sheet it's more good otherwise all is good

I had a very poor experience in vivak hotel gorakhpur. Lot of issues in the hotel the property room was very poor and the services is very poor

Staff behaviour not good, no services provided timely, no chance bedsheet n towel very poor service

Everything was good except food specially tandoori roti

Terrible. Hotel staff was very rude and they were not co-operative. I had a visiter n she was wet due to hard raining. I requested them to let her go in room. But their behaviour was so rude. I felt so embarrassed in front of my friend. It was so bad experience for me to be there. And they were coming in my room without my permission to check if she is in my room

The hotel room not proper clean there is so smell in the bathroom i am not suggest any one for stay the hotel vivek. Thanks

vaha ka executive room suet ka bed tuta hua tha, room ganda badbu kar raha tha, ac tuta hua tha, diwal tuta hua tha, room ka diwal tuta tha andar se bahar dikh raha tha. vaha ka normal room dekhne layak tk ni tha. bathroom toota phoota badbu kr raha. restaurant ka khana ganda tasteless tha. management poor telephone wire toota. bed sheet clean ni. har jgh hair.

I have booked the hotel by seeing the pictures. But the condition of the hotel is worst and no cleaning at all. Though i booked fo 3 days i stayed only for 2 days. But they have not refuted the 1 day amount. When i asked they told me to contact.

Bad experience

The stay was amazing. Hotel staffs were co-operative. There is a scope of improvement in hygiene as the bedsheets were slightly torn and no blanket cover was provided. However, apart from that, the overall experience was quite okay. No thanks
