Excellent Stay
Hotel Manas is located exactly opposite of Gorakhpur Railway Station. Hotel rooms are pretty clean and ambience are jolly good. Food quality and taste are damn good and preparation time is only 5 minutes. Service of staffs are best. Staffs guided properly what to see and do in Gorakhpur.. i highly recommend this hotel for you and and your family stay

Good Stay
It was a Good experience to stay at, Manas Continental, Gorakhpur. Location was 5 minutes of walking distance from railway station gate no. 1. Room was clean well furnished, bathroom was clean with geyser, space was not bad for a small family, food were good, staff's behavior was not well mannered. I mean when I was confirming the booking with my family at the reception counter, those people were talking amongst themselves and were using abusive language and this does not look good when you are with your wife and children. But they did not do anything wrong to me.

Could have been way better
I gave the hotel a 3 star just for the location and in house food. Nothing is good about the hotel, the washroom windows were clearly visible from roof so no privacy. The front desk behaviour was cold at best. The gateman and waiters at the restaurant were more well behaved and courteous than the front desk. Food here at the restaurant was good and one should definitely try their paneer pakoda. The room was spacious and clean but geysers were not working.

Rude Experience On Reception. The reception person started counting notes when We reached his table prior to that he was not counting it. Rooms were pretty much smelly, unhygienic. You could clearly see the dust and dirt on the AC Flaps its not clean at all.
