Good
Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Room is okay but facilities are not upto the mark
The room was okay and staffs were cooperative but the facilities were not upto the mark. Tv and ac wasn't working properly. Shower was broken or blocked, i guess! because it wasn't throwing water properly. Food isn't provided by the hotel, you have to buy it nearby (it's allowed to bring outside food into room). Overall it's an average experience!

Poor Stay
The room was not good and the floor tiles were broken. Bathroom is not clean as i expected no ac remote provided to the room.

Pathetic
I have never seen such dirty rooms. There were cobwebs everywhere there are cigarettes, eno packets under the bed. Dirty pillows. I even changed my room but same problem.

Not satisfied
I booked the suit room but the rooms are not clean. Everywhere spider nets are there. Water was coming from ac. Lights were not working. The towel and bed sheet were dirty. So overall it was a very bad experience.

The property doesn't deserve to be called as Hotel
familyVery poorly maintained property with bad support staff. Its located in my hometown, I supposed to come here after several years and decided to stay in this hotel. To my surprise, they are worse than the level of other hotels which were there back 12 years ago. Very bad maintenance didn't clean rooms before handing over keys, soap wrappers in the toilet, water pressure in toilet are pathetic, linens and towels had food marks. Avoid the hotel.

No cleanliness, allowed early check in
Early check in was the only good experience. There is no cleanliness at all, dirty linen. The room was a suite, but worse than a standard room anywhere else.
