Comfortable and pleasant stay

Almost good. Need to improve lilo bit. Need to change door mate. Soup was available but it should be of good quality. Power backup issue and it should be improved. Rest things was ok. 8 out of 10

Staff behavior is overall good. Cleanliness is satisfactory.

Booked one superior double bedroom in this property and it was best among the hotels in bargarh. Staff were so polite and cooperative. The property don't have a operational kitchen but serve food as per the guest requirement. I have been a frequent traveler to this part of odisha and it was really delightful to stay in such a nice and clean property.

Stay was good, location was prime. They don't have their own restaurant so arranged from out source.
Safety standards was average not so good and not bad.

Hotel stay is just manageable, wash room not up to the mark. Staff behavior is good. Room maintenance required.

They do not have basic requirement of intercom, telephone in room and geyser was not working. It is not worth paying that amount for room.

It was ok, they should have kept the basic things in the room even before asking by the customer. And they should mind their business and become professional.

My parents checked in early and paid extra. Hotel was expecting an early checkout and was asking for money if stayed beyond the early hours. I called to check this and was told there was computer glitch. Owner needs to look at the staff attitude who ask for money.

Hotel location is good with close proximity to bus stand and railway stations. What was bothersome was there is no hot water in taps and when asked for it and provided there is expectation on paying for it. Also, my father was asked for money for early check-in go out. Which is ridiculous. We already paid for early check-in BTW.

It was a pleasant experience staying at the Hotel.

Break electric board, security disturbance many times at night.

They're behavior also good. Room is larger.

It was a very bad experience I ever had. Room and bathroom were very dirty and unhygienic. Towels, commode, and bedsheets were not clean. Service was very horrible. There was no breakfast till 10 am.

The room was good, but the washroom and toiletry needs to be improved a lot.

Bathroom was horrible, no tape functioning properly, TV channels restricted and room was stinking badly.
