Review Of NIKKI'S RESIDENCY

Bathroom was very unhygienic. Food was also very average in taste. Breakfast choice was limited to Dosa and Uttapam. TV was not working. Will not recommend to any one.

Pathetic rooms, higher rooms rate, delayed in service, not value for money.

Very Poor Service , some time reception and restaurant both are unresponsive. I got a water bottle after 1 hours of request

I booked the ticket with breakfast. In name of breakfast there is no such service. Also they donot have any blanket in that delux room. After several flow up they gave one bedsheet.

the worst hotel ome could ever ask or stay. the first day due to the security gaurd's fault there is a dent in my car. the staff's are very egoistic and rude they actually don't know how to talk tobtheir guests. Had a very poor and irritating stay their . Highly not recommended

Room are small, bathroom flooring is not good, ventilation fan having terrible sound, restaurant is not professional. Hotel staff also not professional.

Room condition is average, no proper cleaning of bathroom and room. Bedsheets are changed after complaining for darty and used bedsheets

Ac economy room is so small. Bathroom is not having space even there is no hanging system to keep towels inside bathroom. They didn't clean room every day, only cleaned the bathroom. I book hotel room with breakfast but they denied to provide that. After complaining they provided breakfast on 2nd day and food quality is also not upto the mark. I didn't recommend this hotel. 4

charged me rs for a day but actual price at hotel was rs. When contacting response was it was service charge. This is very unreasonable. give us low prices but high charge. Niki palace had very bad service, food was worst, one coffee costs 55rs. So highly priced. The ac in room was making rattling sounds in middle of the night and water dripping from ac. We expected better service

Room is decent but manager is a bit weird. Not recommend for female solo traveler and couple as well.

Stay is good, staff were also good the only thing can be improve is bathroom cleaning

1)room was not clean properly. 2) bedsheets was dirty. After ask to change also not get proper cleaned bedsheets. 3) washroom not cleand properly. Commode was really horrible.
