Very non cooperative reception staff, has to push them hard for the services we paid for. They give you 1 half litre of drinking water when we booked for 2 adults and 1 teenager. the room service and food quality compared to the rate charged were not up to the mark. room service was delayed and I have to call the reception many times to get things done

Slippers are not clean

Hotel staff are supportive. Hotel is strategically located right on the old nh 6 highway. Food is good had a comfortable time

The food was nice. The room was pretty good. Staff behaviour is best. Service very fast and 24*7

Hygiene is terrible with the food products(shared pics on mm t app. Service was so bad.

there is no propor communication in between the personnels of house keeping & front desk. the shower tap was broken & one need to push the button to take shower throughout the shower time. weve booked a suite, the house keeping people have no idea about the complimentary of tea n water. every time we had to make them remind & they keep the pouches of tea, milk powder in a basket on the floor just next to a floor mopping stick.

It was a pleasant stay. The staffs are well mannered, hygiene is also good

Usually we don't get what we see in the display. But to our surprise, the property was even better than what we expected in terms of location, hygiene, rooms, cleanliness, hospitality.
