Food, location, facilities available are all excellent. Only their hot water facility for bathing is not good.

Room size is good. But very honest it's too old and looking poor. Not looks like as the image uploaded

House keeping not available. Room smell very bad. Staff behaviour very bad. Smoke smell room. Light bad. Bathroom very bad

Uncomfortable stay at this hotel.

They were not allowed unmarried couple. And i've paid before. I didn't get my money reverse. Please for further look after that non refundable policy and hotels doesn't allowed couple. Unless people get suffering in this n loose their money like me. Don't do like that. Costumer service also not available to talk if we get any problem. I'm going to share this in twitter. That hotels staffs are making stupid to the people. Done thank you

I have booked for non a/c std room. Room is not well maintained. Dusting was not done. It felt like a lodge.

I book including pick-up & drop facility. But they don't serve pick-up & drop facility.

The location was good. It was near the railway Station. I did not have the food there. Housekeeping was not that great. Staff behavior was bad. The room and washroom were not cleaned properly. I told about this to the staff many times. All the basic amenities were provided in the room.

Ordered my dinner at 9 pm, received after 11 pm after 2-3 follow ups. I thought of ordering a few more but they said the kitchens are closed so they cant help me. I had to sleep bit hungry. Early morning when in sleep, the electricity goes off, when I called the reception they said, the generator was already on for the whole night, now we have to switch that off. You can't use the washbasin in the bathroom as the tap do not have that pressure. You have to rather fill a mug of water from other taps to brush your teeth. And moreover, the bathroom wasn't that clean. No soaps or towels issued. Lift doesn't work there, you have to take the stairs to to second floor. But this was fine, I just wrote it in a flow. The balcony had an active honey bee hive. Next day while checking out I was asked to give good ratings to the hotel. Amazing. By the way that sounded funny as well. I think MakeMyTrip should remove the hotel from its listing seriously.

very bad experience. thank god it was only for a day. room cleanliness is bad but toilet was worst. staff asking for tips and guy at reception was a thief. he didn't gave me my total bill until last minute. he took the money and keep saying I will give the bill. finally I got the at last minute when I was rushing for work. later I found he overcharged me Rs 200. unfortunately I was very far away from the hotel
