The support given by Mr Diptiranjan ( Front office ) has been very good and exceptionally well

Location was not that good but food and other amenities and services were really good, especially the food was very tasty but the buffet was missing on dinner and what was given was absolutely not acceptable with no choice

The property is located near the manufacturing plants, but their service definitely needs improvement. Firstly, it is surprising and unexpected that they do not provide accommodation for drivers, as there are no nearby options for them to stay or even grab a meal. After numerous requests, they eventually allowed the drivers to use the washroom facilities. Additionally, the mattress in the room is worn out, with loose springs, making it highly uncomfortable; I woke up with a stiff neck the next morning. The only positive aspect of my stay was the restaurant staff, who performed their duties diligently.

Ginger Kalinganagar is an excellent budget hotel in the area. I had booked Deluxe rooms which were huge for price I booked them. The staff is polite and well behaved. The restaurant is very good and food is awesome. Enjoyed the stay with my family .

The air conditioner in the first room was not working properly, and a cold air was coming on my body the towels were not clean the room was also not clean

Rooms were nice but too much small in comparing to the price hotel was asking. Except everything is good service 5 star, cleanliness 5 star.

It was good, especially the room & hygiene. The only thing which was a setback is the property rule, like visitors cannot come after 8 pm etc. Also the location, it is actually 12-15 km from jajpur station
