The rooms are all good.But the people at the reception don't know how to treat customers. The rooms are all good.But the people at the reception don't know how to treat customers.The customer service attitude is very poor.

No extra bed provided although it was available in the tariff for rs 500. bathroom door was stuck and one staff came and openef after a great effort. shower not working. hot water not coming fluently. surrounding are not like the photograps .

Iam pleased with the service. The room was nice,neat and cleaned,well maintained washrooms,nice towels.

Gave us a guest room without any of facilities mentioned in the description while booking and as shown in the image. Had booked two rooms and finally gave us one room similar to that in the description and the other one still the same

The location was very nice and easy to reach, the hotel was well maintained, the staffs were very nice and the room we stayed was superb.

Was just a very basic minimum room. As we reached the place late night had a bit of trouble finding the place as there was no sign boards and the gate was locked without any lights. Had to call and get directions. Nothing to complain and nothing to appreciate

Excellent room around kunnamkul. Food was great. I ordered mixed fried rice and it was yummy. Totally worth the money. They have an executive bar also

Through google map service. No restaurant. Neat and clean room. Bed size not adequate for two. Provide only one litre water for two.

The service provided was absolutely unprofessional, displaying utter disregard for the basic needs of senior citizens. Despite repeated requests, breakfast was not prepared, with staff being uncooperative and indifferent to any of our requests. They won’t even pick up your calls. This level of service is utterly unacceptable. This establishment is unsuitable for families seeking a comfortable stay.

No service at all. Tv set up box was missing. The staff committed to rectify but didn't. No hot water. Intercom not working so no way to speak to reception etc. I think they are doing it intentionally

Economic and good room space. Toiletries available and neatly maintained. Manager jun-aid and other staff are cooperative. Reception area can be maintained with some fresh air. Better to speak english and hindi. Breakfast coffee can be made available early.

This hotel is in general better then others. However hot water availability is only after 8 am. They provide soaps, saving creams, razors, toothpaste and other items. 20 minutes to guruvayur temple. Food is ok

The property was clean and the staff were polite and humble. The hospitality was good. Also, their food was amazing.

Nice ambiance with nice room hygiene room

For the money this hotel is really worth it. The room and washroom was very clean and maintained. Nice restaurant too. Only problem i had was the staff timing at reception. We wanted to leave around 6am in the morning. When we came to the lobby, we found that the main door to the hotel was locked and there was no one to let us out. Finally a security from outside heard my shout and came and open. Very weird. Apart from that i really liked the hotel. A safe place to park my bike as well.

The Hotel is not at all suitable for the family if you went there for Guruvayoor Darshan because there was a bar attached to the Hotel. It was not Worth for money to stay. The room we got was spacious enough but ac was not working properly and wardrobes were also not tidy. The washroom was also not up to the mark. Though they has an ample amount of car parking space. If you are hanging out with your friends then its good, or else a big no.
