Good hospitality

1. The hotel manager was very hostile and arranged. He questioned our booking and denied our room. Only after a long conversation he allowed one. 2. There is no staff to take our luggage to the room. We have to carry our luggage to the second floor. 3. The housekeeping service is not here. 4. Even though we paid for breakfast the hotel denied free breakfast and we have to pay additional amount. 5. Rooms are poorly maintained. Washroom also a failure. 6. Breakfast available only around 10 am it's not favorable for a traveller. 7. The reception people are very helpful. Only plus point. 8 the hotel manager and management are not at all favorable. Avoid kr grand kunnamkulam.

The rooms are of average quality. Too expensive for the service offered. There was no breakfast or even a coffee machine.

I had chose k are residency only because it was pet friendly. However, thanks to the poorly trained manager, i got to witness and became party to some really crass behaviour. The night manager and the receptionist in the morning were fine. But, the day manager was a really crude and crass person complaining loudly about the behaviour of his staff and speaking rather rudely with them in front of us customers. When i asked him to be polite to them, he asked me to shut up and leave. Sad!

Not suitable for families. The staff is not friendly. The location is incorrectly mapped. Place looks horrible

It is totally different than the pics. They don’t have lock in room doors also shower and pipes are not working properly. Worst case that ac id not working and they don’t have fan too. My opinion is that we can give rs for that room.

Everything about this Hotel was really great. Nice location with a nice ambiance. The room was spacious and the interior facilities also good. The washroom was great. Overall it was an amazing stay.

It was a business trip room was small washroom was not clean. Hotel cleanliness was not good location was ok staff behavior was poor. Hotel services could have been better. Overall it was an average stay.
