Excellent location. Navin ji who manages the property is a great host and made us feel at home. Must visit for anyone visiting jaisalmer.

the hotel room was too small for the price, and worse still, the bathroom door was not closing properly.

We booked this property looking at the mm t rating - ? it was a big mistake - the staff was courteous, polite and helpful, the toilet was pathetic, room was ok. In all good stay, but not as we had expected.

Location was inside fort, we got a free room upgrade by the hotel manager and i travel-led with my 2 yr old daughter which i felt was a baby friendly stay. Good 2 nights of good food and a decent stay.

It's a great stay for people who actually wanted to feel a heritage stay. Staff is also very co-operative. Just one suggestion. Please improve food quality.

Its been a very cozy stay. Small but a beautiful property right in the heart of city in the fort area. Their terrace cafeteria has the best view one can get

We stayed for two days. Initially we were very apprehensive but the moment we checked in. We were happy to see simplicity of manager, warm welcome, cleanliness, eye soothing interiors and good hygiene all around. Food was excellent. You can have food of your choice. Excellent roof top restaurent. Overall great experience

1. Rooms are good and clean. 2. They do not allow Batchelor. 3 . Very good food. 4. Service is excellent. 5. They are in the fort and 80% of jaslisalmer travel is in the fort. Remaining is sand safary⁷ which we can do staying in this hotel. Go for it. 10/10.

It’s one of the hidden gem of jaisalmer. Must recommend for stay. Scenic beauty of jaisalmer can be seen from rooftop. Life time experience i must say.

The rooms as well as the hotel itself was very elegant and beautiful. The rooms were not spacious yet they were cozy, clean and a great view from the windows. The window also had a sitting space which made it even better. The best part was the terrace where you could sit and look at the whole city. The view of jaisalmer city especially at night made the whole stay so much better. The food was not so good, it was pricy and the quality as well as a quantity was less than average.

Excellent staff service, specially naveen and his team make sure that my stay was perfect. Helped us to celebrate our wedding anniversary, i'm also from same industry ( works with marriott international) observed that it is team whoch makes hotel victoria par excellent. Good team

Best stay i have ever had. I plan on coming back to jaisalmer just to stay in that hotel. Good location, great service, and the best room. It was all great.

the hotel is inside the Jaisalmer fort. we stayed there for 3nignts. our stay was fabulous. d manager gave us free upgrade to a super deluxe room. the room was spacious and clean. had all the toiletries and clean towel. bathroom is also well-equipped. there's a jharokha (window with sitting arrangements) in the room. which is the most beautiful part of our staying of not all. all the staffs are very warm. d moment you enter there you start feeling d "living in history". they offered us tea/coffee as welcome drinks. When we denied to hv hot beverages they gave us lemonade. we mostly ate hotel food and they made it so perfectly with less oil and spice as we like. less spicy but so tasty. they even packed breakfast for next day and said it's complimentary. d manager arranged an auto fr us fr our mid-night train. all the staffs are very helpful and warm the only downside was the seepage smell in the bathroom..but for this kind of experience it is negligible fr us
